Yes. Each site visit and snag can be shown to your client or kept to your studio. Drawings stay hidden until you show them.

Yes. On their link, your client can mark up a drawing with a finger and add a note. You see it on that exact version and mark it done with a reply. A client's mark-up is never deleted.

Only if you want them to. Fees are private to the studio owner until you switch on Show fees on client link for that project.

The visit was logged from a phone within about 200 m of the site pin. The stamp comes from the phone's location when the visit is saved, and it cannot be changed later.

Yes, on the Studio and Firm plans. Tap Speak the note and talk, and your words are written into the note. You can also get a site report written for you from your photos and voice notes. It is a draft you read before saving, and there is a monthly limit.

An intern prepares visits, drafts, tasks and items. Anything that reaches your client goes through a team member or the owner. Interns cannot delete, send to the client, switch the client link or see fees.
